It is with sadness and shock that I received your news today about Lino.

He was a man with a great charisma, and although I only knew him a short while the memory of laugher and joy is still very vivid in my mind.

It was a pleasure to be part of the MELMI programme, and I am sure that you will all find the strength to continue the good work he started.
